Cancellation Policy

Private Shopping Session Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in booking a private shopping session at our vintage showroom! To ensure a smooth and personalized experience, please review the following policy before booking: Booking Fee A non-refundable fee of $20 per person is required to secure your private session. This fee will be applied toward your total purchase during your visit. There is no minimum purchase required. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or do not show up with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $20 fee will be forfeited and not credited toward a future session or purchase. Group Size Private sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 people per group to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Arrival Time Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, it will cut into your scheduled session time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session will be automatically canceled and your booking fee will be forfeited.
